Help us to celebrate!

You should have already received our colourful invites detailing everything for the 22nd September, but we thought we'd re-iterate everything just in case, like us, you are addled, old and weary creatures.

Some of the wedding invites are for the ceremony, lunch and the party, some of the invites are for the party only. We're sorry we couldn't cram everyone in for the ceremony and lunch, but it's family only.

1) The wedding ceremony.

This will be held at 12.30 at:
The Garden Rooms
Bromley Civic Centre
Stockwell close
Bromley
BR1 3UH

It's right next to the Civic Centre Car Park, and can be found by turning off of the A21, which circumnavigates Bromley. We'd recommend parking your car here during the ceremony and lunch. The nearest train station is Bromley South which is 5 minutes walk away.

2) Lunch

After the ceremony we will be moving to the garden area for photographs. After that, we will take a 10 minute walk to El Patio Tapas restaurant, where we will have lunch from 1:30pm.

El Patio
Churchill Court
Westmoreland Place
Bromley
Kent
BR1 1DS

There will be an informal buffet lunch held in a function room here.

After this, you will have to get the Wedding Party in Greenwich. There will be lots of people driving, so you might be able to hitch a lift. If you plan to get a cab, then please tell us in advance so we can pre-book some cabs. If you plan to take public transport, then it is a somewhat convoluted journey:

- Get the train from Bromley South to Catford
- Alight at Catford station walk over to the adjacent Catford Bridge station .
- From Catford Bridge take the train to Lewisham
- Get the DLR from Lewisham DLR station to Greenwich DLR.
- Walk out of the station, turn right, and walk to Greenwich West Community Arts Centre

Your best bet is to hitch a lift with someone else, or hop in a cab. We would have loved to hire a routemaster bus, but we couldn't afford it :(

3) The Party
We have booked a room from 6pm-12 midnight at West Greenwich Community Arts Centre:

West Greenwich Community Arts Centre
141 Greenwich High Road
London
SE10 8JA

The closest train/DLR station is Greenwich, which is a 2 minute walk away from the Hall.

There will be a champagne reception, followed by speeches and nibbles. This is then followed by dancing, and general knees-uppery until 11.30 Unfortunately, we couldn't afford a free bar, so you'll need to bring some wonga for your drinkies at the bar.

The bar will close at 11pm, and the music has to be quiet by 11.30 as it is in a residential area.

4)The Wedding List.
As we have lived together for 4 years now, we have accumulated a great deal of things, so there is little we need in the way of household goods. What we would really appreciate is contributions toward our honeymoon. We intend to go to the other side of the world and spend an entire summer hols in Australia summer 2008! Woo-hoo!

If you feel don't feel comfortable donating money, then we'd love some vouchers for John Lewis, Habitat or Ikea.

All that remains is for us to look forward to seeing you all for our wedding!

All our love,

Nicole, Andrew and Dexter.
